Absolutely useless, opened an account, bombarded with welcome emails, sent a card, no log in details, no card pin, no user ID, no information whatsoever on how to get access to the account. Got a text message this morning telling me - “TSB A/C**** 02MAY. You're over your limit. If there is not enough to cover all the payments requested, please pay money in before 14:30 to avoid extra charges”
I haven’t even got access to the account so how is this possible?
Will be closing this account as soon as they open today.
