Made me overdrawn on bank holiday Monday,no notice of this although say email sent,no where to phone as it was bank Holiday and closed,3 days of stress,complaint put in but still not had phone call,I how ever managed to call and speak to a lady today, dif department so nice caring and thoughtful,helpful as well unlike anyone else at tsb,they are not bothered about customers who suffer mental health issues atall,no thought for how customers feel,to say I'm fuming us a understatement
Can't wait until I speak to complaints team,I'm gone then
