Went into the branch,to make a payment for my wedding,lady in the branch sent the money to the wrong iban, so my wedding is not paid,been 14days and no sign of my money coming back. Keep getting told I need to wait.Doesnt seem like they care treated me terribly,still not paid for my wedding. Would like the £4200 back
