Shocking customer service. Been a customer for around 10 days. Unauthorised transactions already and customer services answer is "you made them". Demanded account closure and they refuse unless you jump through hoops including giving options they then can't fulfill seconds later.
Don't waste your time with this bank, worst service ever and I was a Monzo victim before this!
