Adam is an excellent individual. professional, hardworking and the quality of his work is outstanding. However, the process of buying ready made designs is annoying and frustrating, i was able to express this to him directly and he agreed it wasn't ideal and was exploring ways of improving the process. I have tried multiple times to purchase designs at the point of release and each time you put them in the cart to buy they are sold by the time you try to checkout. I realise there is strong demand but It's frustrating because paying a monthly subscription to access the designs but then be unable to complete a purchase.
