I ordered 2 borbonius Anthias and there was some misunderstanding with the delivery and I got the fish few hours later than supposed to . They were very stressed when I got them . TSM understood the situation and assured me that if anything happened to the fish they were willing to work something out beyond the normal guarantee. I am glad they look at every situation individually before making a decision. The fish are both fine anyway.
