“I am very pleased with my first purchase through TSM. I pre-ordered an emperor angelfish and on delivery day, we had some storms rolling through. The delivery was delayed but I was able to go to the shipping hub after hours and because it was a live animal, they managed to find it for me. Once home, I found everything was packed extremely well and the little guy did not miss a beat. It has been in the tank for two days now, it looks fantastic.”

“Packing was excellent. Heat packs were still hot. Customer service was great. I wanted to change my order and Josh was more than accommodating. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the size of the frag. It was maybe the size of a pin head. Very expensive for that size. Look at pictures closely.”

“I purchased a melanurus wrasse from TSM. shipping was delayed at no fault to TSM, but the fish arrived in perfect health due to the great packaging and TSM’s conditioning. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from TSM again.”

“Ordered a Tomini and a Pintail Wrasse a couple weeks ago. Shipment was packaged well with heat packs on a day where it was cold. Fish arrived in great condition and acclimated well. They were eating soon after. Highly recommend 10/10. Will be ordering more QT fish in the future”

“Got the corals the very day after I ordered them the packaging was great. The UPS lady said there was damage done to the box from being mishandled inside the factory and the way that the cause was individually packaged saved 99% of my corals from being damaged I’ve only lost one maybe two out of 30 corals or so that I Odered. I love this store Ànd I will be odering again soon.”

“I’ve bought fish and coral a number of times and pretty much stocked most of my 300 gallon reef tank thanks to TSM Aquatics. The service is excellent. Josh has been beyond helpful, informative and nice to work with. The fish and coral all look extremely well and healthy.
