My experience was pretty much 5 star. Customer service was great and their response was immediate. The two fish I purchased looked great and are healthy. I would have rated 5 stars but the Blue Hippo Tang was in water that was around 119sg. I was not expecting that and it took me a long time to acclimate the fish to my tank at 126 sg. The Yellow Tang's water was close to 126 sg as I was expecting. I am local so I am lucky to be able to pickup my purchases and not have to rely on the mail.
