First experience with ordering online , they were respectful , had a problem with UPS holding my fish , for several days , 2 of the fish didnt make it , but it wasnt TSM s fault , and gave me the option for redund or credit , i took the credit and got two more fish , all creatures i got came happy and healthy and ate right away!!
