The overall experience was good. The fish received was healthy and in good condition. However, when I placed the order, it asked me to pick a delivery date. However, I didn’t receive any shipping update on the selected delivery date. The next day I did get an email stating that the fish was going to be ready to be shipped the next day. The fact that they are calling the shipping date as delivery date is misleading and also they should ensure that the delivery dates displayed are accurate.
