The delivery of the fish was very confusing. I had to pick the day they ship the fish not the day I was to receive the fish, which is different from every other online store I have ever used. Leading to me wasting extra days off of work. The customer service was terrible. When I showed frustration I was told to take my business elsewhere by the owner(Ray), even though the next day the picking of the delivery date process was changed on the website to fix the the problem I had. Weird way of saying I was right. Luckily the blue hippo tang I received(named Ray) is pretty healthy and has been in the tank for 3 weeks. All in all, the fish seems healthy but due to terrible customer service I will be taking my business elsewhere per Ray's request.
