Customer service was on point. I received a damaged Watchman Goby and I promptly responded with an email expressing my dissatisfaction. Josh immediately responded via phone and apologized. He then processed an order with a replacement on the way! First impressions matters. I’ll be placing another order soon. 👍🏽
