Bought men’s under pants which seemed small on size and a very difficult flyhole to navigate. Was told no refund if hygiene strips were removed . Fair enough but on a three pack of men’s underpants and a three pack of ladies knickers not one hygiene strip on .Told tu on line but they ignored what I was saying . Fair enough but I will not shop here again.customer service terrible . Jennifer Robson
