To begin with, I placed a click and collect order a week ago and it still has not arrived at the store. I have no idea when it’s coming and I was astounded that they didn’t give me a day to select, like Asda do. Therefore, if you want something soon, do not use TU.
Another ridiculous thing was that after five days of placing the order, they emailed to tell me one of the item was not in stock. Why allow customers to order and pay for something if it is no longer in stock? Why are other stores able to list things as out of stock, but Sainsbury cannot?
Appalling service. I would never order again.
