I would give TT 4/5 stars or higher. It's comprehensive and mostly easy to use. Some facets, such as current leases, seemed a little arcane, but once I explored enough and used TT's tools and explanations, it all came together and made sense. TT was recommended to me by my real estate agent, and I would recommend it to others myself.
