“All I wanted was a tenant screening!! Filled out the firm 4 times but could not get your website to process my request, but wanted a value??? And not requesting SS was suspectous as how do you get a credit report without it??? I will go elsewhere, thanks for wasting my time”

“You need to fix your payment process. I paid and I hit the button three times because it didnt do anything the first time to process my card. Are you going g to charge me 16,58 three times ? Thats a problem.”

“Unless you are a premium or pro member, don’t expect any support other than an AI bot. I’ve been waiting two days to get my property ownership verified. Meanwhile my unit is sitting empty.”

“There's so many bad things to say where can I start? If you pay with a credit or debit card it charges you almost $30 to do that. Maintenance is a joke I've had a maintenance request in for over a month and it has not been dealt with yet. There's an abandoned room that a spell permeates throughout the house that they have not bothered to deal with. The list goes on but there's probably not enough room here to put it all down.”

“First applicant filling out an application couldn’t complete the credit check with Trans Union. Applicant called for help and so did I. No answer besides a boiler plate AI response. Not very helpful and disappointing with my first prospective tenant. She is filling out another application and credit check with another vendor I suggested. I hope she will get her money back from TurboTenant!”

“Forms on turbotenant, are not complete. They're unusable because the templates don't transfer material correctly, because they don't format the forms correctly. When I started the cost was $59, then I went to $99 and now i'm being told this year it' $149. Yet turbotenant can't tell you why. There are other sites like this out there that collect rents and do background checks on tenants.This is not the only site.”

“App works poorly, seems nice at first but when getting to actual work things just don’t work. Publishing takes days, no traffic info, things like dictation, copy paste is not working. But mainly same add got one lead when same add on other listing agencies gave results every day.”
