I’ve been very happy with the ease of documents available, resources available, education available through Turbotenant. Becoming a landlord went from overwhelming to easy.

I like using the app. I wish it gave me a little better detail on the dashboard. Like who paid, who signed leases, easier to see instead of having to go into payments, or each lease and look if it’s been signed. But otherwise it is a great platform!!

Long time landlord. Hesitant yo use this platform, but have been very please. Leased 2 properties in 1st 3 weeks, if that long. Will continue to use for leasing, lease creation and payments.

I love entering in expenses quickly as they occur. The scheduled ACH transfer for tenants is easy. Sending them bills for reimbursement on utilities is easy. The lease was pretty strait forward. The payments in the app could use some work- send me to the website each time. Basic accounting for less $ would be nice. Being able to edit the lease instead of losing your work if you want to go back and add something was a little frustrating not being able to toggle back and forth. Overall a great app. I’ve told two of my investor friends about it.

Scam! Beware! Asks for all your personal info, government id, mortgage documents etc just for listing the property for rental. I'm not borrowing any money or credit card or opening bank account to provide them all these info.

I have been a loyal user of TurboTenant for over 2 years and apparently they changed their policies on using their platform. Now I cannot use their software to list my properties unless I allow applicants to submit applications before they even speak to me as the landlord or even fill out a pre-screener! They now will not let me market any of my properties as I was able to for the last two years because I identify as a "broker"? Very disappointing to say the least as to what this company has come to. Basically you can't use their services unless you as a landlord are creating revenue for them by allowing unqualified applicants to submit applications. Then when I try to get assistance it take 7+ hours to hear back? Horrible service, I will be moving onto your competitors. I hope your team is happy that you lost a loyal client. I would give 0 stars if I could.

TurboTenant offers great value. I use it to pre-screen tenants, and I use their application too. I use the Lease for my state (PA) and the payment portal for deposits and rents. When I run into any difficulty the CS response is always same day. Next I plan to try out the Showings Schedule. Give TT a try!

This has been a lifesaver to property management and to list rentals. I am still finding all of the useful tools and has made finding forms, drafting a lease and marketing apts a breeze. The rent collection was a little clunky at first and one time it got transferred to the wrong account but its all been fixed and their chat/customer support is great as well!

Turbotenant is great as a basic software. It's definitely better than the Google Sheets, which is how I was managing previously. For the cost, I would definitely recommend Turbotenant. I would pay more though to have some of the quirks of the website fixed and improve their UI. Customer service has been very responsive, and usually ends up with 'we will put that in the suggestion box for the developers'. I don't know if any of my requests will get fulfilled, but we'll see! I gave it a 4/5 overall becuase I think it's a valuable tool that could become a very valuable tool with some updates in UI (make it more customizable)/Security (Turbotenant does not log you out after a long period of being open in your browser)/etc.

Scam! Beware! Asks for all your personal info over the internet....then asks for money!!...????...I wouldn't trust it! There's no mention of a fee up front! Shady! Why is there no customer service today? Not ever when you are investing thousands of dollars in your biggest life expense!?....your home!? It's a shame today! It's degrading!
