Used to be pretty good. They changed their service and have gone down dramatically. The rental application fee is too high. Nice people to talk to but little service.

Hi Charles! Thanks for your review. We understand that it can be frustrating when you don't get as many leads as you hoped. Many of our landlords see great success with finding tenants through our advertising, which syndicates to dozens of websites. We also provide a Chrome extension that will post your listing directly to Facebook Marketplace, a great place to find a reliable tenant. We were happy to find turbotenant to help us manage our properties. The features were organized well, attractive, and easy to manage. However our account was hacked. The first time we were able to stop the activity before too much damage was done. We alerted the prospective tenants who engaged with the hacker and the site was suspended. However, on the second hack, the criminal was able to completely replace our listings and solicit hundreds of clients using our portal. We were told by the representative that nothing could be done about the problem and we just had to deal with the clients and try to clear out and rebuild. No supervisor was available to discuss the process with us. No one was "available". We still have not rebuilt the webpage to what it was so we are not using it the way we would like to. Not sure what safeguards could be put in place.

The recent lease I got had at least one fairly big error. It said there was only a 2 day grace period before a late fee is charged. Virginia law requires 5 days grace period. Am I wrong?

AS A LANDLORD WE NEED TO HAVE THE ADDRESSES TO OUR PROPERTIES UNDISCLOSED!! HAVE HAD RANDOM PEOPLE DRIVING ONTO MY PROPERTIES AT ALL KINDS OF HOURS. THIS INVASION HAS FORCED ME TO PULL MY ADS.

I do not believe I have had any leads from you, while Avail has offered me many leads every day. You have given me an excellent lead for a tenant for another apartment last year, but nothing for the listed one now

I love almost everything about turbotenant, EXCEPT YOUR SITE WILL NOT LET ME LIST PROPERTY WITHOUT ADDING PICTURES WHICH I AM UNABLE TO DO! PLEASE ADVISE!

when I have listed with turbo tenant it has taken at least 3 days to get my first response. while Market place I start getting activity right away. When I make an attempt to contact some one they have not responded most of the time.
