We were happy to find turbotenant to help us manage our properties. The features were organized well, attractive, and easy to manage. However our account was hacked. The first time we were able to stop the activity before too much damage was done. We alerted the prospective tenants who engaged with the hacker and the site was suspended. However, on the second hack, the criminal was able to completely replace our listings and solicit hundreds of clients using our portal. We were told by the representative that nothing could be done about the problem and we just had to deal with the clients and try to clear out and rebuild. No supervisor was available to discuss the process with us. No one was "available". We still have not rebuilt the webpage to what it was so we are not using it the way we would like to. Not sure what safeguards could be put in place.
