There are some slight changes I’d like to see in the ease of use of the app. But it has changed the way I manage my properties!

This has been a lifesaver to property management and to list rentals. I am still finding all of the useful tools and has made finding forms, drafting a lease and marketing apts a breeze. The rent collection was a little clunky at first and one time it got transferred to the wrong account but its all been fixed and their chat/customer support is great as well!

Turbotenant is great as a basic software. It's definitely better than the Google Sheets, which is how I was managing previously. For the cost, I would definitely recommend Turbotenant. I would pay more though to have some of the quirks of the website fixed and improve their UI. Customer service has been very responsive, and usually ends up with 'we will put that in the suggestion box for the developers'. I don't know if any of my requests will get fulfilled, but we'll see! I gave it a 4/5 overall becuase I think it's a valuable tool that could become a very valuable tool with some updates in UI (make it more customizable)/Security (Turbotenant does not log you out after a long period of being open in your browser)/etc.

The program does a great job with managing leases and payments what's missing for me as a property manager is the ability to set up and schedule sending reminders to my tenants to change AC filters and other necessary maintenance items.

In general, the system is functioning well. However, the main concern is that the app and web versions have significant differences. Additionally, the app lacks user-friendliness and it is unclear why the home page contains marketing and unrelated content, particularly for subscription accounts. It would be more beneficial to prominently display the "renters" page instead of having users search for this specific section.

You changed the website from the last time I used it. It took me some time to figure out how to reply to leads. I like the website. I would like to do a video, but thus far I haven't figured out how to do it.

I think Turbo Tenant is a great platform for individual landlords like myself. Turbo Tenant has a lot of reputable affiliates who they share your listing to get optimum results.

Turbo tenant has made life easier for homeowners to rent out home without having to hire realtors. You can advertise, review prospective tenants, and track documents. You can also create a lease and collect rent payments.
