I love the app! I've been able to do background checks, schedule no contact showings, have leases signed and received rental payments through this portal. I enjoy the resources and information available for landlords. My only issue is I wish I had the option to invite prospects to a showing directly, instead of having to send a copied link. I also, had 1 application come through without income verification other than that the app is amazing for the price!!
