“Only wish is to shorten the time to process payments. Between Turbo Tenant and bank, the processing time is routinely a week.”

Hi Joni, thanks for your review! Our standard ACH bank transfer processing time is 5-7 business days, and our ACH bank transfer with the premium subscription plan takes 3-5 business days. If you wish to receive rent payments in less than 3 business days, your tenant can choose the Debit/Credit card payment but there is a 3.49% convenience charge. Hi Melissa, thanks for your review! Typical ACH direct deposits take 5-7 business days to process and 2-3 business with our premium plan. If you require a faster deposit, your tenant can choose to pay with a credit/debit card for a 3.49% convenience charge. “Generally good. Great customer service. But I have a paid version and funds come in surprisingly slow. Also, would be nice to more easily see what is set up (autopay, automatic late fees, etc) and when tenants get notified that their rent is late, etc. I also have two accounts for the same tenant for some reason. I didn’t know how to consolidate them so I just left it as is. So overall ok, and I like the progress for improvement, but still room for Improvement.”

“Price is very reasonable. I love the payment reminders to tenants and ease of rental payment submissions. Being able to send messages is very nice as well. I would love to see a group distro feature in the messages. I have to rely on email for a group distro message.”

“It makes many things (collecting rent, maintenance requests, signatures, etc) much easier for us, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Here are some suggested improvements: -A way for landlords to see the "tenants' view" of everything -A way to send money back to tenants (security deposits, other credits) -A way for landlords to edit a tenant's contact info after it is entered (add a phone number, change name spelling, etc) -An option to for landlords and tenants to send pictures or documents through messages”
