“I do not like that it’s takes a long time to find out if a tenants payment is not good. Otherwise very easy to use for landlords and tenants.”

“I didn't rent it through Turbo Tenant, but I thought I received a lot of calls from the ads. It was easy to remove the ad and not difficult to add it. I only wish the people would have told more about themselves before I had to email them. I like to call the prospective tenant, but they didn't have their phone number most to fhte time.”

“I would give TT 4/5 stars or higher. It's comprehensive and mostly easy to use. Some facets, such as current leases, seemed a little arcane, but once I explored enough and used TT's tools and explanations, it all came together and made sense. TT was recommended to me by my real estate agent, and I would recommend it to others myself.”
