Generally good. Great customer service. But I have a paid version and funds come in surprisingly slow. Also, would be nice to more easily see what is set up (autopay, automatic late fees, etc) and when tenants get notified that their rent is late, etc. I also have two accounts for the same tenant for some reason. I didn’t know how to consolidate them so I just left it as is.
So overall ok, and I like the progress for improvement, but still room for
Improvement.
