As a first time user I find turbo tenant very nicely full featured. However some of the processes and actions that happen behind the scenes are opaque. When things don't work as expected, often due to my own errors, it is not obvious what is happening and what the fix is.
I will say that customer support has been five-star excellent in every way and has helped me through the learning curve.
