“The auto pay system does not work as smoothly as it should. After not receiving payments made by tenants I had to reach out to find out why. I had already provided the needed information to valid the account and started receiving payments then all of a sudden stopped. Danni was able to communicate and help - but even after that, received another request for the same information that was previously sent.”

“Never had an issue with Turbo. I love the sites that the listings are uploaded to. The response is great. My only problem is when I deactivate the listings some sites take more than 72 hrs or more sometimes to take it down and I just let people know it can take a while.”

“Tried many different software and believe I have found the best so far. I would be in complete love with the software if they had a better accounting program. Right now I use turbo tenant for all my rental needs and quick books for my accounting. Thank you for doing a great job, at a great price.”

“These people promise to ask for 40.00 to find us a tenant, we paid , no calls ans started to take 20.00 dollars a month without our permission please not not give them any of your information. What a mistake.stay away please”

“I paid for a simple lease form and need to make a change in deposit amount. TurboTenant would not allowed to make a simple change. Any attempts via bot are not successful and no telephone number to contact. Attempted to upgrade to required another $99. A total scam.”

“I am just starting to use this app, and so far, it's good. However, I signed up for a premium and don't know why it keeps asking me to apply for a premium to access other services or to avail of a discount for renter screening; I already paid for a premium. I am unsure if it's just a glitch in the app system.”

“In general, the system is functioning well. However, the main concern is that the app and web versions have significant differences. Additionally, the app lacks user-friendliness and it is unclear why the home page contains marketing and unrelated content, particularly for subscription accounts. It would be more beneficial to prominently display the "renters" page instead of having users search for this specific section.”

“You changed the website from the last time I used it. It took me some time to figure out how to reply to leads. I like the website. I would like to do a video, but thus far I haven't figured out how to do it.”
