“I was a new landlord when I purchased TurboTenant. I had no clue what to put in a lease, how to handle payments, or how to market my property effectively. TurboTenant made it so easy for me to post my property once and it handled the rest, posting it to tons of other sites. I was able to complete background checks and get a signed lease done within 2 weeks of posting the property. It had tons of contracts and addendums for me to choose from with helpful hints unique to my state. My tenants also love that they can communicate with me digitally and the ease of payments. The price is unmatched for all of this functionality and I highly recommend them.”

“Turbo tenant has been easy to use, although the leads have been a little slow and coming, but maybe that's result of the economy and the current status of it rather than turbo tenants fault. I have and will recommend turbo tenant.com to my landlord group and other landlords who I meet and run across.”
