“Turbo tenant has been easy to use, although the leads have been a little slow and coming, but maybe that's result of the economy and the current status of it rather than turbo tenants fault. I have and will recommend turbo tenant.com to my landlord group and other landlords who I meet and run across.”

“Turbo Tenant is a scammer and most of their properties on their websites are fake. My sister and I applied for 2 different properties on the turbo tenant website a month ago. We paid $60.00 per application on 1 property and then we paid another $60.00 application fee on another property. Weeks went by and the landlords were sent our credit reports. I messaged and emailed the landlord and still I got no responses back from them. I called and text the landlords from the information provided on Turbo Tenant website. My sister and I have excellent credit scores and good income. I believe the properties that were listed on Turbo Tenant website were fake. I checked my credit report, and my sister checked her credit report and there were no new inquiries on our credit reports. Turbo tenant is a scammer and they list fake properties on their websites.”

Regarding the properties you applied for, we can confirm that landlords on our platform receive the applications and credit reports you submitted. “Great software, makes the process very easy for a first time landlord like myself. However, it came to my surprise as I was reviewing a lease I had just sent to be signed that there was no section for termination or the time required to be informed in advance of a termination. I had to scramble to add my own language in the custom section to state a 60 day termination period. That's a huge misstep in my opinion. Having a buffer period to look for a new tenant is super critical and that seems like a huge oversight.”

Regarding the termination clause, we understand your concern. The reason it's not included by default is that termination and advance notice requirements vary significantly by state law, and they are not universally required clauses in every lease. To ensure compliance and flexibility, we’ve relied on landlords adding that language under the "Additional Provisions" section if it’s needed. However, this is something we are working on improving in the future. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
