There's so many bad things to say where can I start? If you pay with a credit or debit card it charges you almost $30 to do that. Maintenance is a joke I've had a maintenance request in for over a month and it has not been dealt with yet. There's an abandoned room that a spell permeates throughout the house that they have not bothered to deal with. The list goes on but there's probably not enough room here to put it all down.
