First applicant filling out an application couldn’t complete the credit check with Trans Union. Applicant called for help and so did I. No answer besides a boiler plate AI response. Not very helpful and disappointing with my first prospective tenant. She is filling out another application and credit check with another vendor I suggested. I hope she will get her money back from TurboTenant!
