Forms on turbotenant, are not complete. They're unusable because the templates don't transfer material correctly, because they don't format the forms correctly.
When I started the cost was $59, then I went to $99 and now i'm being told this year it' $149. Yet turbotenant can't tell you why.
There are other sites like this out there that collect rents and do background checks on tenants.This is not the only site.
