This service is great. It's easy to get started as a landlord and easy to use. I like the ability to read text/emailing with the prospective tenants in the app. The report come back extremely fast. Which leads me to the only concern I have. Am I getting the most correct data (work/past residence history and complete nationwide criminal check)? The credit check is great. I would prefer to wait a little bit (1-2 days) and make sure I have the most accurate data. Customer support is great as well - I have had to contact them twice and got the issue resolved quickly! Both times it was my mistake of entering the wrong email address - Ha. Overall - I love this app and service (I would give a 5.0 if I knew how they verify the data).
