TurboTenant makes my life easier as a landlord/owner - the fact that I can pre-screen before I show makes showings so much easier. I have 1 property that is income restricted and I can find out prior to showing if they qualify and if they don't nobody's time is wasted. Also if they are unwilling to fill out pre-screener - they aren't going to be good tenants.
