As a first-time user (of any property management software), when I had questions, or when I made a mistake, the help staff on chat and on the phone were amazingly helpful. I never experienced the need to have my question referred to another person. Done right the first time. And the package of interrelated topics and forms.....outstanding! I worked the system "your way" from the beginning and my current tenants are gems and have already signed a lease extension for another year.
