We used TurboTenant for advertising our rental property. It uses multiple listing site for more exposure and got so many applicants! TurboTenant is free to landlord but charge applicants for background check and credit history . Helped with prescreening the applicants so that we didn’t have to show the property each applicants. Once we found the best tenant, we invited them to apply online, did credit and background check , and customized lease signing….. all on TurboTenant! I think it is the best app for landlords.
