Well, I haven't liked rentals because they are so much less money that selling a home... and because it seemed like so much work. But I started to know Turbo Tenant a few deals ago and it was helpful for the application and the back ground check... But now I used it for the lease and signed up for the yearly very reasonable amount. And you made me feel like a professional! So I had the most recent one under contract in a few days. Now I want to find out more about the auto payments through Turbo Tenant. I have questions. And today, I received a call from a relative of that most recent rental... She wants me to try to rent her apartment. We will see what happens. I said yes. The money isn't as good, but with the ease of Turbo Tenant, maybe it will turn out very productive with such little effort. Thank you Turbo Tenant!
