Our account was locked for some unknown reason and we haven't had any help from turbotenant. There's no number to call so I guess they help you at their leisure. I'm sure your business model understands the urgency of speed to lead regarding retention of possible renters for us. Unfortunately, it seems the support team does not.
I have sent our information to get into our account many times and it has been almost a week and I STILL don't have access.
