Comprehensive investment property management software tool. We were able to have our applicants screened (credit report, criminal history and eviction history), draw up a lease agreement and manage payment directly through their portal. We only have one property now, but this suite has the capability to manage multiple investment properties. It's an incredible deal and well worth the premium membership for the all-inclusive functionality it offers.
