Unprofessional customer service. I sent in verification docs to prove ownership and they banned my account without even telling me why the document wasn't sufficient. If you are a larger real estate company, I'd be careful to not waste your time. It feels like if you're not a small owner, they could care less if you use the site.
I'll continue to pay for Appfolio given this experience.
