I love entering in expenses quickly as they occur. The scheduled ACH transfer for tenants is easy. Sending them bills for reimbursement on utilities is easy. The lease was pretty strait forward.
The payments in the app could use some work- send me to the website each time. Basic accounting for less $ would be nice. Being able to edit the lease instead of losing your work if you want to go back and add something was a little frustrating not being able to toggle back and forth.
Overall a great app. I’ve told two of my investor friends about it.
