I had a terrible experience in renting a car in miami, the car was leaking coolant, the engine overheated very quickly and I heard the engine whistling, I was only refunded a small part of the equivalent money for the remaining days in which I would have to use the car, not only did I have to lose all my Sunday evening with not very helpful customer service but I also had to pay my own expense for the car for the following two days
.I really like the turo application but I think customer service in case of problems is not helpful and leave customers unsatisfied, I would like to use the application much more often but if customer service does not take care of customers in case of problems and customers have to solve problems by paying more I think I’ll stop using the application.
