Description of Complaint:
I first want to make sure turo understand that this is bad business when you have customer service numbers listed and all of them say the same thing " they can't help you because your account is suspended " I have had an account with Turo for a couple of years and never had any violation of any kind never had any problems renting until now I tried to rent a car and I wasn't able to due to my account being canceled suspended I have no Idea why my account was suspended I have emailed , called, texted, chat no answer except the same your account is suspended this has been a recurring problem with Turo for several people they just suspend lots of people account and never reactivate them and never let you resolve them with live person I didn't give permission to anyone to use my phone number or email address and my account gets suspended instead of them letting you speak to a live person to resolve it you are continuing to put me to a chat and they don't give reason why I am not the only one with this complaint I want Turo to re open my account because I didn't give out any information for anyone else to use that is the best way to having better customer service really resolving loyal customers issues they have extremely bad customer service
