Worst car rental experience of my life! Their insurance absolutely does not cover minor flaws in a used car. I took the car and the owner and I saw and I took a picture of how the roof spoiler was poorly fixed, but it did not seem so unreliable. Everything was fine, but on the 3rd day of the rental, the spoiler fell off on the highway, and I could not pick it up, because other cars simply ran over it. I reported this incident and thought that Turo and insurance would solve this problem, but it turned out that it was not! they billed me for $818!!
