It was my first time renting from turo and I had an absolutely terrible experience. My family and I were at the airport waiting for the host to drop off the car. We paid extra for delivery to the airport but the host messaged us telling us to pick up the car from a location that was a ten minute drive away.
I messaged him telling him we had an elderly person with us and couldn’t walk to the location and the host left me on read. Finally he called me an hour and half later telling me my trip was canceled leaving us stranded at the airport for another hour.
