Bad bad bad
I booked a car with them
They charged me around 1000gbp then cancelled my trip ( some excuse from the host that they cannot accept international driver’s license
Customer service is on email so very frustrating
And the people they have got are incompetent
It’s been 15 days since they have scammed me for my money and there is no sign of a refund
This experience was so bad that I had to cancel and rebook with Avis spending another 1500$
So steer clear of these guys
