Horrendous experience. I rented a 2021 Buick envision in Tampa and the host charged me $250 for smoking when I have never smoked in my life. He then went on to state he was turning in my request as harassment because I requested a refund. I couldn’t get a hold of turo as they are near impossible to call and don’t have an email. I will never rent from turo again.
