Canceled our listing and future bookings due to a safety recall on our 2018 Jeep. Just dropped us, no phone call or e mail. Called Jeep, it’s just a notice. Jeep will be conducting the recall in the 2nd quarter of 2023. Sent TURO the notification with my vin number on it. After hours of talking and chatting with them, they won’t budge.
Their customer service is really bad. Most agents don’t understand what we were trying to say.
TURO is good at collecting money but that’s about it.
