It started out a good experience. I was a bit leery about the person we were renting from because the SUV was significantly under priced compared to others on the site. But the trip went great, until we turned it in. We were charged a cleaning fee for items that are very specifically stated as exceptions to the cleaning policy. They are siding with the host. I feel the host probably does this often. He waited until we gave him a five star review and then made his claim. This is how he makes extra money. Disgusting on all accounts.
