I booked a trip and it was canceled a few minutes after booking by the host. My issue with Turo is, I have to actually book a trip and pay for it first in order to ask a host questions. The host cancelled the trip and I have to wait 3-5 days to receive my refund. Customer service is of Zero help. This was my first experience with Turo and most definitely will be my last.
