As a host, the protection is abysmal. They squeeze every last penny out of the hosts while giving as little protection as possible.
Their system malfunctioned and failed to charge the correct amount to the customer for my car, promised me that they would reimburse me for the difference and then went back on their word because of ‘company policy’.
Would never go near their platform again. Failure and unprofessionalism at its finest.
