I booked a car over 3 months ago, the guy cancelled while I was on the plane and was left stranded at Luton Airport alone at 3am.
I have been charged in full, been unable to book another car, unable to get hold of anyone from customer service via the terrible chatbot, trying to call, and even reaching out to team representatives on LinkedIn. From what I can tell this is SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK WITH TURO
